Balan Tech Services is an independent IT services business in Citrus Heights, California, built from the ground up by an owner who has called the Sacramento area home since 2018. It started with a simple observation: clinics, small practices, and busy professionals need the same careful setup work that large organizations get from their IT departments, and they rarely have anyone to call for it.
The owner brings a background in software development and formal training in network management from American River College. Every job is handled personally: scoped in writing before it starts, completed on site at a scheduled time, and documented when it's done. No handoffs, no call center — one person who knows your setup and answers the phone.
